My name is Francesca Giglio, I’ve been a chef for over a decade, beginning my training in Italy working in patisseries and restaurants.

My passion for cooking originates from my family in Sardinia from whom I learnt an abundance of traditional cooking - growing up making bread, pasta and typical desserts. 

They instilled in me a dedication for making food from scratch, and I have maintained that passion for authentic and natural food ever since.

In October 2020 I opened my first shop, with the dream of sharing this Ideal quality of homemade cuisine with everyone.

For the past years, my focus has been on seeking alternative and healthier methods of healing practices by incorporating conscious food.

The effects on both my body and mind were so overwhelming that I decided to change my business and focus on helping people achieve the same results I had.

I began to discover the art of “un-cooking” and work on healthy recipes easily accessible by anyone with any level of cooking skills.

I decided it was time to empower people in a different way, I wanted to share the knowledge and tools I had discovered to easily make life-changing food for themselves.

As a professional chef passionate about conscious eating and holistic wellbeing, my first priority is the health and happiness of people, but also to take care of our beloved planet.

In a world where so many people are going through a Universal awakening, I felt the desire to engage all my skills and knowledge to support the process of a better healthier lifestyle with what I know best.

I would like to support everyone who is interested in getting positive food habits by creating plans and goals including the great benefits of Meditation and Mindfulness.

There is a community already networking together, combining the richness of their knowledge and creativity - and RaWckabilly is ready at the table.
